Drill a ~50mm hole in a concrete wall

The Hutt Community Radio and Audio Archives Charitable Trust is installing a new transmitter atop a multi-storey building in the Lower Hutt CBD. In order for cabling to exit the building near the transmitter mast, we need a single hole made in a concrete wall. No larger than 50mm. Attached photos show the site.
