Small concrete patio area

I'm hoping to create a small patio area out the back of a 1960s unit as part of an upgrade to the property. I estimate that it will be around 20m squared or less, and will cover an existing concrete pathway. Concrete rear of driveway

We are looking to have the rear of our yard done. We put up a new garage a while ago and there is a grass space of about 6mtrs x 8mtrs between the end of the driveway and the start of the garage, this is the area we are wanting done. It is a mostly flat section (bumps from old vege patches etc but by no means hilly)

Reseal driveway and new Entrance

We have just completed part of a new entrance way and want to have this asphalted to match the driveway. there is some concrete to be cut out and a new edging strip to be put in and then the balance to be asphalted. Depending on pricing there are some other aspects of the driveway that may also require some maintenance, will discuss on site.

Relaying Concrete (Complete Job)

Had concrete layed right around the section 4-5 years ago. The guy did a really bad job and we now have to live with massive puddles and flooding. Concrete has dips and bad falls. Would like a professional, good at their job who takes pride when laying concrete to fix our problems. Had extra drainage pipes put in but during winter, with consistent rain puddles stay and hang around for a few hours. Would love to see a few houses you have layed concrete at within the Hutt Valley region....

Miniature Railway Track Base.

The new base is to comprise a 1m wide x 150mm thick concrete slab of approximately oval shape, 185 metres circumference, reinforced by 3 x 12mm bars with R6 ties at 600mm centres.
