4x Concrete slabs for rainwater tanks

Hi, I would like 4x --- slabs with mesh reinforcement. These will be used for the new rainwater tanks which are 1m diameter. I have attached some photos of where they are needed, access is good to all locations and the slabs can be above ground rather than us digging out to make flush.
