Odd Sodd

1x safety handle to be put on outside door for mum to use to get up and down stairs. (need to buy) Clothesline needs to be moved up but will require some framing on fence or extra 4x2's.(need to buy) New toilet system has been put in so if possible some floor laminate that looks like wood put down in toilet and bathroom if it can go over existing floor? (have flooring need the correct glue)

The Deck

I want to install a wooden deck of approximately 25 m2 from the ranch sliders to the fence. It just needs to be one level and will not require handrails or any steps, approximately 20 - 30 cms in height. I want to be able to step out of the house on to the deck as one level. I am open to the type of wood. The area is north facing and sheltered. There would be very little site preparation. I am flexible with the timeframe, but this side of Christmas would be nice.

Bedroom and hallway Reno and a car port

Re line bedrooms and hallway in a 3 bedroom house, with electrical work. Remove existing gib, re wire, with power in different areas, insulate and re gib walls. Also would like a 6m by 6m wooden car port built on front lawn with new access to road. Re concrete paths in front also.

Checkout and Repair Water Penetration Issue

Bluff Hill, Napier

We have an issue with rain water entering into the wall cavity next to our front window causing a high internal moisture reading and some popping of wall board nails and swelling of the skirting board below. The area of concern is approximately 1 sq meter. It will probably require the gib to be removed, leak found and repaired, new gib installed including plastering to paint finish. Work to be done ASAP if possible.
