Drainlayer/Builder? to remedy water seepage problem

Water seeps from outside through one side of my house and into my storeroom when it rains. It appears to be coming through where the floor and the wall join, but I'm not sure. The section slopes down from the road towards the house. I need a quote to have this fixed urgently, please.

DECKING 1) - Kwila- not sure if current deck is kwila or pine but want same for extension - Want to extend L shape deck into square. Want one step down from current deck so it is at 1 metre or less off ground so no permission needed. Simple, but with steps and seating around one or two sides. Want bargeboards around sides so can't see under deck. Extension will be about 5m x 3m.Current steps will need removing and railings.

Can someone please tell me how much to hang two heavyish cupboards in my garage/laundry area. They will need to find stud to hold the wait - maybe need to brace somehow, the cupboards are about 500x600x300mm each. Plus I would also like a dryer bracket installed in the same area.. I was quoted $500-600 to do this - but that was to build a hutch for the dryer as the guy didnt want to put it on the wall, or $100 for just the cupboards. But I really need to have them up on the wall...

KITCHEN 1) Rangehood - I have removed old rangehood and purchased a new 600mm rangehood which needs to be screwed into the wall. I have also purchased the ducting and vent. No electrical wiring needs to be done as there is an existing power point. There is no stud alligned with the screws so need an expert with good ideas.
