There is a hole in one of the walls of our main bedroom. It seems that water is also seeping in from someplace. Need a tradesperson to have a look and tell us what is wrong together with a quote to fix the problem.

Partical re roof, flashing replacement, floorboards replaced

Two jobs ideal if we could get the same contractor we have a part reroof to be done and new jib (?) from the inside. Because of the water leaking from the roof we have had to take that part out, it has also damaged the floorboards underneath and we now have a hole in our small corridor. We also need a flashing put in the another section of the roof. I think it would be best for those interested to come and have a look at the jobs that need doing. Thanks

I have a door sitting in my garden shed for it and some more wooden pieces too.. although i don't quite understand how they might fit in...I might have some paint too...It's a 2.4m high ceiling and the wall is about 2.5m long including the door. I want 2 simple decks constructed (leading off the Ranch-sliders/ Patio doors) at ground floor level - say a foot off the ground. Therefore no permissions required and no railing required - perhaps a single step up to the deck from the garden for each deck. No need for deep piles etc. Total area is 19.8 sq mtrs. A quote only at this stage on a pergola style roof (picture #3) over a large deck followed with PVC corrugated roofing on top of that. The deck is L shaped (picture #1) and measurements are approx 6.8 x 4.2 on one side and 7.2 x 3.2 on the other.
