Window move and replacement

Hi, I need 1x window moved, 1x window replaced in its existing position and 1x new small window fitted. I have 1 of these windows already and am sourcing the 2 others from the original manufacturer. Section of Weatherboards where window being moved and created will need replacing. See photos for poor condition of boards. See photos with mark up to better explain, this is the first step in renovating our laundry to allow for a separate toilet.

Converting office to flat

A separate office is build a few meters away from the main house and would like to convert it to a flat with maybe 2 bedrooms, a toilet and bath with a small space for a washing machine, and a small kitchenette. There are kits available but we need a quote and advise if it will be cheaper to build from scratch or use a kit and have a builder install it. We also need to have all the works consented.

Our home is about 750mm off the ground and we have a friend in a wheelchair visiting in a few weeks. We have some steps at the front door which we want partially deconstructed and a ramp built to the same platform the steps go to. Ramp will dog leg back on itself, with a level turning point, and be ~10m long in total. Discussion on options and quote/estimate required before proceeding.

Repairs, procure & install wardrobe sliders, minor jobs

Procure 2 wardrobe doors, install in bedroom, fit 2 smoke alarms, remedials to kitchen cupboards plus others that I have yet to identify. Possibly erect a new extendable clothesline. Plaster internal concrete wall

We have a 2 concrete walls in a study that I would like plastered so I can apply a paint finish. One is 2.9 meters long and 62cm high, the other is 2.65 meters long and 62cm high. Photos attached. The floor is being replaced and is currently a vinyl plank, but will removed prior to the work.
