Bathroom repair

Need to repair this area of the ensuite bathroom where it looks like water may have been getting in the sides around the shower. This could be two jobs being an investigation and repair jobs. Extractor fans in the main bathroom and in the ensuite are coming out of their fixings and would be good to fix those up as well.

I have a room, (living room bottom right in photo) that currently has scrim. I need that ripped off - and an walk in wardrobe/ ensuite put in. I only want plans for the bathroom and first fit. Not planning to install the bathroom - just want plans and first fit then gibbed. Im looking for a rough price at this stage. I also only need gib and first fit, I will do the stopping / sealing and painting. The roof is fine - walls only.

Hello In the weather facing side of our house one half of the facia board has started to rot in the centre beyond repair with filler etc... and I was wondering what the cost may be to replace this facia board prior to me finishing the paint. Build Small Platform for Water Cylinder outside

I need a platform built for a heat pump hot water cylinder to sit on. The plumber says it needs to hold 500kg. It needs to be high enough to clear the drain so it can still be accessed, maybe 3-400 high. Thinking 4 posts and a solid floor board that's suitable for outside. Reinstate internal garage

Sometime in the past, an internal garage at my house was converted into a rumpus room and office. I now want to have the garage reinstated. A section of exterior wall with windows needs removing (approx 2500w x 2300h), reframed and an automatic garage door installing. The internal wall that the separates the now rumpus room and office also needs removing to give the garage sufficient length. Current rumpus room length approx 4100 with a further 2100 available in the office area.
