I have a bedroom that needs a new gib board up and an ensuite installed

I have a room, (living room bottom right in photo) that currently has scrim. I need that ripped off - and an walk in wardrobe/ ensuite put in. I only want plans for the bathroom and first fit. Not planning to install the bathroom - just want plans and first fit then gibbed. Im looking for a rough price at this stage. I also only need gib and first fit, I will do the stopping / sealing and painting. The roof is fine - walls only.
