Replace Facia board (Possibly both sides)

Hello In the weather facing side of our house one half of the facia board has started to rot in the centre beyond repair with filler etc... and I was wondering what the cost may be to replace this facia board prior to me finishing the paint. I'm hoping the builder can be flexible, eg.. if the board can be supplied I can prep it and paint it, but if the builder can replace the board on my house with it that would be ideal. I doubt I would be able to get a professional finish first try myself :) Photo attached. Cheers Leyton I have attached a photo :)
