Fit bifold doors

we need a window taken out and a second hand bifolding door fitted. the room has the gib off, is an old weatherboard sleepout. Also replace roof iron and barge boards. Room is 3x4m total. following this we may add lean to ensuite. thanks

Boundary Fence

Bathroom Repairwork

We have a bathroom and laundry that has water damage. The shower will need to be removed and the wall opened up to inspect for damage to the framing. The wall linings will need to be replaced and shower put back, plastered and painted. If there is water damage to the framing this will need to be replaced. The skirting behind laundry and toilet will also need to be removed to check for water damage and made good, if necessary.

Replace interior door frame

We have a double set of interior doors between our lounge and dining area (unsure if they're pre hung). On one side, the door received a "thump" and caused the door frame to crack and part from the wall. We'd like someone to take a look at it and let us know if just the damaged part of the frame can be replaced. I'm happy to plaster, sand and paint so will only require a builder for the job. The house was built approx. 2003.

New Kitchen - including knocking out a wall to make more open

We want to renovate our kitchen, so new cupboards, oven, rangehood. Want to knock out the wall between the kitchen and dining room to make it open plan and have a large breakfast bar/kitchen bench space where the wall is now. Kitchen is fairly small - see photos I have taken.

Had a builder but he is no longer able to fit it in so am looking again. I already have the plans drawn and have council consent. Deck is 3.5 by 4m off the ground ( 1.3 metres off ground). Full plans which have already been approved. To be built from hardwood. Can email plans if that helps. simple design with handrails, skirt and stairs.

We have a few bits and pieces to do in our recently purchased home. We need a change to our laundry bench/cupboards to accommodate our large washing machine. We'd like a bannister at toddler height to our second storey, below the adult one.
