I want to have two parallel walls that are between the lounge and dining removed to open up the living space. The walls to be removed are around 4.2m wide by 2.4m high, and they are 1.2m apart. At one end is a double cupboard - which is also to be removed: at the other end is a back door which opens onto a small porch. As part of the work I want the porch walled in to bring that space inside the house. In the porch on one wall is the electricity meter. On the other wall on the inside is the switchboard/fuse box. ex Housing Corp house circa '76. Fibre cement ext cladding.
