The one place we have to hang a heat pump is not quite wide enough. We'd like the corner space boxed up so we can put the heat pump there. Whatever is strongest to hold the heat pump will be fine. We'd preferably like it done so we can plaster any cracks and paint it so it matches the room.

Laundry has beed gutted and about to have new plumbing and insulation fitted. The walls will need to be lined with Aqualine gib in areas, standard in others. Gib to fit over existing hardboard ceiling which can't be removed as insul-fluff installed above the hardboard. Once gib installed the wall and ceiling will need to be stopped and finished to paint grade.

I need 2 exterior window cills replaced due to rot. I want my exisiting deck to be extended with rails / seating and have french doors put in my lounge onto the deck. At present there is a large window where we want the door to go , so dont have doors yet as I need to know what size I have to work with first before I get the doors , so the wall needs to be cut out as well to suit.

Old weatherbord house. Needs some windows replaced, with suitable used wooden ones. Also some rotten weatherboards need replacing. It is a difficult job to give a firm quote on as I realise that in situations like this there are often hidden problems. Would be happy with an estimate then pay on an hourly rate.

Change Conservatory to bedroom I have a conservatory that is approximately 6m2 (2.5m x 3ish). It is attached to the lounge with a sliding glass door and also has a sliding door exit to the front yard. It is a step down from the lounge, and has a plywood? floor. One wall is the same brick as the external walls. I would like it changed into a real room, currently doesn't have any power etc.
