Bathroom Rennovation and exterior and interior painting

The existing bathroom has a shower over bath and a vanity. We would like to take the bath tub out and replace it with a shower cubilce and also put in a toilet in one corner and replace the existing vanity so as to provide space for toilet. The bathroom is not very big and hence the existing vanity has to go out. Below are the accesories we want for the new bathroom : BATHROOM 1) Combined exhaust, light & heat unit - purchase & install 2) Shower cubicle - purchase & install 3) Toilet - purchase & install 4) Vanity - purchase & install Would appriciate free quotes(for price and also a rought time frame) from tradesmen who would be interested in this job and also who are available to work in the last week of November 07 or 1st week of December. We woule also like to paint our exterior and interior. To have a rought idea of how big the house is, it is a 90sqm 3 bed room single storey house. 2 double bed rooms, 1 single bed room, small lounge, open plan kitchen, dining and a small conservatory opening to a small deck.
