I would like to get some quotes from registered builders, plumbers and electricians to complete work on an older home. All work work is to start when council consent comes through in about 6 weeks time The electrical work involves disconnecting exsisiting lighting and installation of down lights, new kitchen, water cylinder, plugs, relocatation of a switch board all in a new built on area. Downlights have already been purchased. The plumbing involves disconnection of kitchen and laundry area and re plumbing of a new kitchen, a new laundry. Relocation of water cylinder. Gas fitter is also required. The building involves some demotional of a walls and roof in a 16m2 area and the new construction on this area plus re gibbing of other internal walls in an exsisting area which. All materials to be supplied by us.
