Replace old weatherboard

Need someone very skilled at removing & replacing weatherboards (not all, but a fair number) on a villa. It's getting the joins 'flush' and weathertight that we're most concerned about - we've had a go ourselves but would prefer to have a real professional job done, by someone with real experience, that will last for years to come and not just until next winter when the joins start cracking or failing. The old boards have lead paint, so need someone too who understands & is conscientious about taking care with removal and disposal to prevent potential future health problems, esp to kids, from loose paint chips/dust scattered about the property.
