I recently just bought a house, there are a few exterior maintenance work need to be done. 1. The gap down the left-hand side of the bathroom aluminum window/cladding requires to be sealed. 2. The hole in the fibrolite in the area beside the hand-rail, at the right-hand side of the upstairs bedroom aluminum door, requires to be sealed. 3.
