Garage, Rumpus Room and Kitchen Renovation

Section I - Downstairs - Rumpus Room (a) Bathroom / Laundry room to include: - remove existing laundry and replace with bathroom and storage area (as per plans) - line and tile the bathroom - install shower, toilet, vanity and laundry tub (include necessary plumbing) + extractor unit - paint - electricity: install extractor unit, heater, shaver outlet, one light fitting two down lights with a overhead wall light for the vanity (b) Rumpus Room to include: - remove existing linings and install new linings - run ceiling battens and insulate - fit new beam - electricity: four light fittings, four power points and phone jack and broadband outlet - flooring: overlay flooring (timber looked finish) - stop and plaster - paint the walls and ceiling power box to remain in the same place Section II - Double Garage + laundry to include: - demolish existing carport (including removal of the building waste) - erect new double garage + laundry (to include roofing & spouting, down pipes, drainages and plumbing ) - frame and line garage walls with gib and plaster - tilt garage door, one window, single door and auto garage opener - external walls use weatherboards / 2nd option hardiflax - electricity power and plumbing to the laundry Garage: three power points + three light fittings Carport: one light fitting and one censor light Section III - Kitchen to include: - remove the current Kitchen and install new kitchen (including necessary appliances) Firstly remove pot belly and brick cladding remove hot water cylinder and move down sitars (as per plans) remove cork tiles and replace with new tiles in kitchen area only - line kitchen walls plaster and paint - electricity: three down lights with a centre light pantry light and five power points - floor sanding of living room floor Section IV - Deck to include: - to re-surface existing deck and stairs - remove and install hand rail (wooden) - pergola - electricity: replace the standing light and install new censor light Section V - Fix Windows - back bedroom windows and kitchen window Note: Any important details that are not listed above, please add and advise, thanks.
