New Staircase and ballustrade for concrete verandah

We have a concrete verandah one storey high which currently has a short ballustrade which is unsafe for small children. (See photo's) We would like to replace the ballustrade with a new wooden framed vertical wire ballustrade of approximately 1 metre high. We would also like a stair case built from the right hand side of the verandah, attached to the blue concrete block wall, to provide access from the verandah to the garden.

Leaky washing machine caused damage - need repairs!

The corner of a downstairs bedroom has been damaged by water leakage. I need to have the damage assesed and repaired ASAP. Repainting will be required. I am not sure of the extent of damage however the area required to be fixed is not large. After a reasonable quote please - I believe this will be a quick and easy job for a talented tradesman! I need work done ASAP (ie. this week) and a quote even sooner - once we have exchanged details please give me a call to arrange.

1. fill two holes in eaves. One hole is like two tennis balls size, another one is small. 2. base cladding crack, needs silicon to fix. 3. roof flashing repair. 4. facia borad needs repair 5. shower leaking needs to be repaired. Suspect that the main leak is occurring behind the shower rose and that this is leaking into theinternal wall that backs on the hallway. Please give me a quote.

Would like a quote on the following: Want a railing built on a deck with a gate made from oriental trellis (railing and gate from oriental trellis). So I'd like to fill in the entrance way - whcih measure about 1610 wide and about 2100 high - I have a door for the space whcih is 800 wide so will have to fill in the rest with sidelights or am open to suggestions. The floor of approx 2m2 has a step down will have to be raised to meet the house floor level. Keen? Would like to get quotes and get the work done as soon as possible. Must be straight - flush - plumb - square - watertight and aesthtically pleasing. :-)

The bathroom wall in the apartment has two dryer hinges bolted into it. Tenants have damaged the board under one of the hinges, most likely by not being able to lift the dryer properly, or by trying to unscrew it from the wall as it did not fit their dryer. I am hesitant to just mount the dryer onto the existing hinge as if the dryer falls, it will be my responsibility for the resulting mess. It is quite possible that the whole gib board needs to come out, and new board to be installed, stopped...

Piling problem

We have an old house (1904) which I understand has been re-piled within the past 10 years or so. A small section of floor appears to be suffering at the hands of the pile directly under it. The floor above the pile is now a high spot - so either the pile is lifting (surely unlikely?) or all the other piles around the one pile are dropping. In any case, the wooden floor is noticeably raised - one can even see the gaps between the floorboards are increasing as the pressure comes on from below.
