Replace three brick sills

Lee replaced brick sills and did general and repairs to earthquake and age related damage of our house's brick facade. We are very happy with Lee's brickwork. We asked Lee about plastering work. He offered to do that too but that did not turn out so well. Lee's great on the brickwork but plastering not so much. Nonetheless Lee is a very good, trustworthy tradesman to deal with.

He then tracked down the original manufaturer of the mailbox to source stone with a better match to the existing. Repair work was completed over two days with the final invoice matching the inital quote plus the extra cost for suitable stone.
