Design single car garage & an en-suite to be added in existing cottage.

We had an exceptional experience working with Arfa Yasin from AYS Architects Ltd. Her attention to detail throughout our project was outstanding, ensuring everything was designed perfectly to meet our needs. She was incredibly timely, keeping the process moving forward without any delays. A massive benefit was that she handled the entire council consent process from start to finish, which saved us so much stress. On top of her high-quality work, her services were very cost-effective.

Plans required for council consent

Draughting Services Orewa, Rodney

5.0

Hayley worked with us on a project where we renovated two bathrooms, new tiled shower floors so needed plans and help with BC for waterproofing purposes. We also removed a couple of brace walls in other areas and needed to move the bracing to other walls. Hayley handled the whole process from drawings to receiving the BC from Council. Her communications were clear and prompt. I would highly recommend Mealings Architecture and I would use them again. Thank you for making the process so easy.

DGI is brilliant. Darren understood the scope, visited the site, took his time to understand what we were trying to achieve, considered the unique complexities of the job, then proceeded to deliver a great design, and follow up service with the council to get us to the point of consent approval to build. Couldn't be happier with the service he provided.

Draftsperson / Designer – Relocated Building & Change of Use (Whanganui)

Draughting Services Castlecliff, Whanganui

5.0

Steve was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. He was always willing to work with my ideas, nothing was ever a problem, and he did an excellent job bringing my vision to life and getting it ready for consent. While communication could be a little slow at times (largely in part due to the council processes), it was always clear and helpful when he responded. Overall, I’m very happy with the outcome and would happily work with him again.
