Bathroom Renovation and Indoor Rejig

Draughting Services Te Atatu Peninsula, Waitakere

5.0

We worked with Ramon on the plans for a bathroom renovation including a change to the internal layout of the house. The property was a 1920s bungalow in Auckland. Ramon was very professional with excellent communication regarding timeframes, costs and updates on the consenting process. We would recommend Versatile Design to friends and family for similar projects.

Building consent

Draughting Services Saint Heliers, Auckland

Communication with Ramon was very easy, and the plans were completed to a high standard. Unfortunately, the process took a fair bit longer than expected, and cost more than expected, but this was mostly out of Ramon's hands.
