Stump Grind against weatherboard house

Site visit and quote please to grind a bay tree stump that is up against the side of a weatherboard house and concrete footing. Getting the stump ground down to at least 20cm below ground level is critical for the builders to be able to fix that wall up. Be carefull of the concrete footing of the building. Two large cherry trees to be topped 2m clear from telephone lines, and trimmed back to fenceline. Three smaller cherry trees requiring a minor trim Hedges and foliage overhanging boundary fence to be trimmed back flush with fence.
