Remove one tree and prune one tree

Remove a tree with split trunk - tree on left in photo. On a terraced garden - see photo re access. Prune another tree - tree at front of house needs a strong prune to keep it under control - approx to line on photo. Note there are some wires just at the top of the tree - see photo.
