Three trees in need of trimming

We have a huge bay tree in our backyard which needs a "heavy trim" as it's pushing a wooden retaining wall away from the bank it's supporting. There is also another tree beside it that needs trimming; in the photos it looks more like it's part of the bay tree(!). There is a vegetable garden below these trees and care must be taken to not damage it, and the fence behind them. The third tree has grown up into & against the house and needs to be pruned away from the house. Quote needs to include removal of all trimmings. There is easy vehicle access to both areas.
