Removal of 2m high rotten tree stump

This tree stump is at the end of a existing boundary fence. It's 2m high with the top end sitting at the level of our gutter (and touching it). We have a quote to have the fence professionally removed by HazMat. It is asbestos. We will be asking a 2nd contractor to install a short section of timber retaining in its place. Can you quote for stump removal please? The key thing is its proximity to our house... thanks for your assistance.
