Front boundary tree cut down

I need a dead tree taken down - I don’t need the tree removed. The tree is on the front boundary of my property which is empty but also my neighbour’s property. We can remove the fence if it makes it easier. As you can see in the photos, the tree is very near power lines. As the property is empty at the moment the tree can felled onto my property.

I need a qualified arborist to prune back an evergreen magnolia grandiflora (est.4-5 m) by about 1 1/2 metres, and a titoki tree (est.3m) by about 1 metre. The job needs to be completed between 2 - 7 August 2018. The titoki is to the left of the photo and the magnolia grandiflora to the right. I will deal with the prunus in the middle.
