Basic Bach We have a "bach" in Peel Forest, or it was there last time we looked.... no plumbing, looks like a work in progress from old pighunter cabin. We want a basic bach, plumbing and power essential, 2 bedroom, toilet, food prep/dining, lounge. Really just looking for something that will be 'shelter" for the variable conditions, happy to op shop for all the interior.

New Bedroom from conservatory

Change Conservatory to bedroom I have a conservatory that is approximately 6m2 (2.5m x 3ish). It is attached to the lounge with a sliding glass door and also has a sliding door exit to the front yard. It is a step down from the lounge, and has a plywood? floor. One wall is the same brick as the external walls. I would like it changed into a real room, currently doesn't have any power etc.

Bathroom

Want to deal with the ceiling of our bathroom which is currently mouldy peeling paint. The mould appears to have been painted over a couple of times but is coming through the layers. Wish to have the surface stripped back as much as possible so we can then repaint it.

Rebuild and extend an existing deck. New deck to be approx 7m by 5m. Hardwood, single level with boxed seating on 1 1/2 sides. Will also be leaving an existing tree so need to build around that. 2 steps from house onto deck and one long one running the width of the deck onto the ground. Also 2 steps running 1/2 the length of the deck onto the ground. No hand rails required.

BATHROOM We have fittings from walls out. Just need someone to put in the plastic shower linner, plastic shower tray, take down one shower wall (900mm) Transfer the shower fittings from this wall to existing internal wall. Put up the rail (from the ceiling for the shower curtain to hang off). Take out old vanity and put in new vanity. Take out old laundry tub, put in new tub. Tile floors.

We may also be able to source the materials ourselves so labour is they key thing we're looking into.

Office kitchen tap

KITCHEN 1. Replace tap, or add adaptor to connect dishwasher. We have an office kitchen(ette) that has a tap on top of the bench for a (modern) Zip water heater. We'd like to use a benchtop dishwasher and either: a) Use the Zip tap that's existing, or replace it or b) add a new connection for the dishwasher. We did have the dishwasher connected to the zip tap, but it isn't quite a perfect fit and drips. The dishwasher is a Haier WQP4-3N and apparently uses the same fitting as a lau...
