Three landscaping jobs - courtyard (small area), driveway and gates. 1 - smallest but most urgent. Prepare a small area of courtyard so we can install a spa pool. The couryard is mainly paved, except this area (approx 2 metres square), which is gravel held in by a piece of wood (not a sleeper, but that sort of size). It's already flat, but needs evening out. There's an old dog loo in there (don't worry - hasn't been used for years) that probably needs filling. 2 - driveway: a flat area, currently in large grade gravel. This needs removing, and to be replaced with hard packed crshed lime (crusher dust or whatever it's called). Maybe 20 sqm? Reinstal a short set of sleepers as a path. Possibility for more creative types to suggest something more sexy. 3 - gates: instal a pair of wooden gates. Requires sourcing and installing gateposts, and hanging the gates. Gates are old heritage gates - solid and painted. And if we like what we get, then there'll be more work - general landscaping - design and construction, garden work, creating a fenced dog area, preparing space for a chook house.
