Boundary Fence

FENCING 1) - Timber pailing Size is approx 30m long x 1.8m high The fence needs to be erected on between our property and a public access way (between streets) which is on an incline and levels out at the bottom. Approximately 37m long. We require a 1.8m timber fence with 3 railings to be erected within the next 1-4 weeks. Quotes from registered master builders with 2-3 references of jobs completed in the last 6-12 months would be warmly welcomed. Thanks!

DECKING 1) - Kwila- not sure if current deck is kwila or pine but want same for extension - Want to extend L shape deck into square. Want one step down from current deck so it is at 1 metre or less off ground so no permission needed. Simple, but with steps and seating around one or two sides. Want bargeboards around sides so can't see under deck. Extension will be about 5m x 3m.Current steps will need removing and railings.

Removal of fireplace and internal chimney. Made of brick, base is about 1Msq and tapers into smaller chimney. Chimney goes through 2 stories, but does go through roof, just internal. - no need to remove bricks from section, just get the chimney / fireplace out and chuck bricks onto lawn.
