Update on project - 26 November - plans are with the Council and have been assigned to an inspector so we are waiting for them to process. Not long now? Have taken plans to building supply merchants for estimates..... There is progress just slower than first anticipated. tim. Project manage and build new 3 car garage (9m x 7.2m) attached to existing dwelling, including excavations. blockwork, concrete, light timber frame construction etc. With the garage built the existing basement garage is to be developed into 2 bedrooms, rumpus, bathroom and ldry (approx 60m2).
