Gib and plaster bedroom including ceiling

I have 2 small bedrooms with softboard on the ceilings which I would like removed or covered with gib and plastered ready to paint. Bedroom 1 is aprox 3.5x 2.5 metres and will need the walls redone as well. Bedroom two really only needs the ceiling done if possible. I am also looking at redoing the wardrobes to increase capacity in the blue room and would be interested in discussing this with a cabinet maker.

Skimming walls of lounge after stripping wallpaper

Looking for someone to skim my walls in my lounge to a paint finish. Lounge is approximately 4.5 x 4.5 meters, but only has three walls with one end being completely open into kitchen. Two fo the walls don't have much to skim as per pictures as have french doors and windows in them. The third has just windows as per pic. Would like a good quality job with cleanup afterwards. NOTE: last two photos are of same wall.

Gib and plaster bedroom including ceiling

bedroom 1 is aproximately 3.5 x 2.7 metres and has a sloping ceiling. The nasty softboard on the ceiling needs to be removed or just covered with gib and plastered. I would like the room made ready for painting. bedroom 2 which is about the same size, needs the ceiling only done. I am considering also redoing the wardrobes to increase capacity and would like some idea of costs

Pergola style roof over large deck

A quote only at this stage on a pergola style roof (picture #3) over a large deck followed with PVC corrugated roofing on top of that. The deck is L shaped (picture #1) and measurements are approx 6.8 x 4.2 on one side and 7.2 x 3.2 on the other. It does not need any walls or seating but will probably need guttering around it, existing downpipe on house is located on left hand side of (picture #1) by corner where deck starts. Thanks

1 Rotten Window Frame and Fascia Boards to repair

Bathroom door repair

Bottom hinge of door has had screws ripped out due to door being opened forcefully many times. I tried putting in screws that were twice as long, but they bottomed out in the holes. I don't know if the door frame has dry rot or not, but I don't have the tools to fix this.
