Plumbing, replace pipes

I moved to a house, which was built in the 80s with those black pipes (I don't remember the name), which are not very solid. Some pipes are already replaced, but some are not. The previous home owner told me that all pipes in the house are new, but I don't know, if this is true. I need someone to check the situation (in and under the house). The access under the house is easy. I plan to replace all old, black pipes. I have no idea, if the work will cost 2,000 or 10,000 NZD. I need interested people to view the situation (free of cost for me), to suggest any actions and to make a fixed price offer. I have made some pictures to demonstrate the situation under the house.
