gib and plaster bedroom including ceiling

I have 2 small bedrooms with softboard on the ceilings which I would like removed or covered with gib and plastered ready to paint. Bedroom 1 is aprox 3.5x 2.5 metres and will need the walls redone as well. Bedroom two really only needs the ceiling done if possible. I am also looking at redoing the wardrobes to increase capacity in the blue room and would be interested in discussing this with a cabinet maker.
