Overflowing header tank and leaking bathroom tap

Our Header Tank seems to overflow on a regular basis - causing quite a build up of water along the ground (it is quite "swampy" at the moment). The ball cock has been adjusted, but the problem just seems to be getting worse. Also our bathroom hot water tap is dripping - it is a ceramic tap -so it is just not as simple as changing a washer

Add veranda and new front door

We want to attach a veranda to the house - over an existing porch. A lounge window has to be replaced with double exterior doors leading out to the veranda. See example of period style veranda - we want to create something similar. Parts of the steps have to be removed to leave only the width of the new front door. Quote for a house extension

We want a quote for an extension to this house which we are wanting to buy. The extension would be approximately 2 to 3 M deep running along the whole back of the house (the bit on the main picture) which is about 10-12M long. We would want someone to come to see the property with us and offer advice on what could be done and how much it would cost.
