Power supply

Hi, I have to supply power to a shed 150m from the box. Land is 75% flat. I was thinking about running it up beside the fence line, under a driveway which is not yet concreted and over to the shed. Roof repair and repaint quote

Strip lino floor

Our kitchen needs the VERY old lino stripped off the floor to expose the original timber floorboards. The floorboards will then need to be lightly sanded. We are not ready to fully sand and polish the floor yet. This is just to make sure the floor is prepared.

Weathertightness test

We would like our home to be tested to see if it is a 'leaky home'. We have had not major leaks to date. Only some water that got in through the front door tiles (front door on top story of house). The reason we want this done is because we would like to know before the house turns 10 years old!

Kitchen & bathroom upgrade

I wish to upgrade my kitchen and bathroom. I would like a new bench tops in the kichen with a new sink and taps. I would like to install a dishwasher. I would also like to upgrade my stove perhaps to bench top elements and seperate oven. This may mean I require new cabinetry but I would definitely like cupboards doors. In the bathroom a would like the vanity replaced and the shower. I would like to replace my toilet also.

Rotten wood under roof

I put this up a while ago but was really busy so wasn't very proactive. i'm keen for this to be repaired as soon as possible. The details: Corner of roof leading to the eves, the wood is rotton from a constant leak. i would like this to be replaced. I am happy to meet and go through it. i will post a photo of the section of structure this afternoon. cheers, Paul
