Power supply

Hi, I have to supply power to a shed 150m from the box. Land is 75% flat. I was thinking about running it up beside the fence line, under a driveway which is not yet concreted and over to the shed. Also a power box. Any other question, please flick me an email. Oh and I want good cable because of the distance it needs to travel.
