Have recently had house re-wired but have stumbled across a problem. When turning on the bathroom lights, the lights in three other rooms go out. You have to turn the bathroom light off before flicking the switch back on the circuit board. We currently do not use the light in the bathroom and would like it back again!

Repaint house

1916 bungalow. Needs windows, trim etc stripped, however all walls may be fine with a good clean and repaint. Floor area is 90m2. Has a high stud height and down left hand side of house the ground dips down so would maybe need scaffolding to reach some areas. New deck and bench seats

Current deck off back of house is starting to rot in places. Would like to rip up, rebuild and add bench seats at ground level in two places. Deck is about 400mm to 500mm off ground height. Current piled still in good condition so can maybe reuse? Also want a trelis screen along one section of fence to add privacy.

Concrete Pad

6mtr X 3.6mtr Pad to be boxed and poured + bit to join to the existing driveway. I'm getting the concrete at a family rate but need it poured. It's for a Carport and the gound wok is done and signed off. Also I have the PVC and steelwork ready to go also, so it's just a matter of bringing it all together. There is one fiddly bit as one corner needs a 100mm X 100mm lip built for an open wall to be attached. I have scanned plans that have been updated here but can be e-mailed if it helps.
