Plans for attic room

I need plans drawn up that meet the council /building regulations for a room in the loft. and an estimate about the cost of getting job done The house is a 1940s ex state house with gable roof. I have the original plans from housing NZ that may be helpful or not . I am thinking the room could be used as storage or a spare bedroom.

Pine Decking

We have a small simple deck under 1m to be installed at our new house - approx 21 sqm (being 7x3), a simple rectangle shape with a step and the end - the other end is to wrap around an existing manhole cover which obviously needs to be exposed then to join an existing concrete patio area. We only want this in pine but obviously a premium grade pine not the merchant grade. Appreciate all enquiries. We are base in Howick in Auckland.

Do up bathroom

Small Bathroom. Need a new vanity installed, wall covering and side of the bath replaced. Glass divide installed in the bath for the shower instead of a shower curtain. New shower fittings. Bathroom is about roughly 4.5 metres squared.

Change kitchen pull out bins to drawers?

Doing a quick tidy up in my kitchen and would like to change the pull out bins to pot draws. Would be keen to change the 2 drawers that are currently there to one wide draw, the 3 pull out bins to 2 drawers, and the cupboard beside it to 3 draws. - would like a quote asap for this work.

We want to replace our 40 year old low pressure hot water cylinder and header tank with a mains pressure cylinder since the header tank is constantly leaking and we're over it! At the same time also want to rip out the old laundry tub housed in our kitchen and move plumbing for the washing machine that currently sits right beside the tub across approx 600mm to allow machine to sit in space where tub currently sits.

Water Proof Deck

Repair roof on end of block of shops

End retail shop needing repair work on roof. Galv iron roof. Water dripping into shop below. Matter of removing some old roofing, and replacing and re-sealing. Appears to be the gutter at the along the end of the shop that is the problem. Must be able to guarantee work. Located Beachhaven, North Shore (Auckland). Some of the tawa floorboards have pieces of rot in the bathroom where the bath was. I've got some replacement tongue and groove planks that can be salvaged from the wash house but I need someone to do this.

Concrete job

Easy access flat areas to concrete. one area is 7.5m x 2.5m and the other area is 9m x 1.5m (slight slope). the concrete is only required for walking on however we would like it to be the concrete with the small pebbles to look attractive.
