Existing deck covers the roof of down stairs bedroom. Deck is covered in butynol rubber and sometimes leaks during heavy rain, approx 25 years old. I want to replace the butynol with a fiberglass type reinforced membrane more suitable for walking on, replace the balustrades and cover with a pergola roof. Size about 12 sqm
