Render concrete retaining wall

Our backyard retaining wall needs to be rendered to tie in with the front (currently a concrete type colour). The retaining wall was poured in ~1959 and is very stable with drain holes etc. Currently painted with a couple of coats of paint. This will be high pressure water blasted to remove as much of the paint as possible. The total area requiring rendering is ~44.25m^2 consisting of one section 2.5m high, and another section 3.5m high. Onsite two storey portable scaffolding can be erected nad provided if required. the wall slopes back at ~15 degrees. Note that the trellis shown in the photos will be removed so that there is clear unobstructed access. Note the first photo shows most of the renderign area (i.e. the 3.5m high area) and the second photo a closer view of the paint and the existing render that it is required to match.
