Plumbing Odd and Ends

We want to replace our 40 year old low pressure hot water cylinder and header tank with a mains pressure cylinder since the header tank is constantly leaking and we're over it! At the same time also want to rip out the old laundry tub housed in our kitchen and move plumbing for the washing machine that currently sits right beside the tub across approx 600mm to allow machine to sit in space where tub currently sits.
