Remove single garage and pad

I have an old single garage that needs removing including its concrete pad - garage is 24' x 12' with a flat roof. I will remove the power and garage door/opener prior to demolition. This job is for removal only. The fibrolite as been confirmed as containing Asbestos. Access is down the side of our house at approx 3m wide. Rough quote for new bathroom and bedroom

Hi There, We've got a large bathroom and some wasted dining space in our 2 bedroom place. I've got a vision of turning the current bathroom into a bedroom, knocking out a wall and putting a new smaller bathroom in. And potential to redo the kitchen also. Really at this stage just want a builder to come in, take a look. Grab their opinion and get a scrapbook quote (as dont want to cost anyone too much time) eg 20k, 30k, 50k? whatever. Can it be done without an architect etc.?

It has lino which I am wanting to get either replaced or tiles laid.One wall (behind the washing machine/vanity/toilet) has an old mirror, a built in cupboard, a splash back and wallpaper all that I want removed and painted. We are looking at options to increase our shower water pressure. We have a low pressure water cylinder and a low pressure shower head. Looking at costs for removing the pressure limiter in the shower head, replacing the shower head, replacing the water cyclinder, etc, or have noticed a water pressure pump that is meant to help with? Any suggestions / estimates?

Hot Water Cylinder

No pressure in the hot water system. The cylinder seems to be OK, power is on and water is heating up, but there is very little pressure. Possibly air in the system as the mains supply pipe needed to be joined where our pipe meets the street.. Cheers, Jim

##### Profesional Block Layer required ##### I have removed a sliding door and its wooden frame from an internal basement block wall. The gape that has been left is 2 mtr wide by 2.4 mtr high. I require this gape to be blocked up. Pinned to the concrete floor in 2 maybe 3 places and to the walls at each end in 2 maybe 3 places with say 12mm rebar. Earthquake damage to Welsh slate roof

Earthquake damage. Chimney has been taken down to a safe level, but there are now holes in the roof. We have spare slate tiles - we just need someone who can come and repair it so that the rain and snow will not get into the roof cavity.

Repair an internal leak off a decking

We have a house that was built in 1957. Currently there is an internal leak into the downstairs part of the house. The source of the leak is where the deck on the top story mets the house. Water is running off a shingle roof and pooling where the deck joins the house. Unsure if it just a matter of patching/sealing or whether the deck will need to be detached and re-attached at the point where it is currently creating the leak.
