Remove single garage and pad

I have an old single garage that needs removing including its concrete pad - garage is 24' x 12' with a flat roof. I will remove the power and garage door/opener prior to demolition. This job is for removal only. The fibrolite as been confirmed as containing Asbestos. Access is down the side of our house at approx 3m wide. A new double garage going in its place, so would like section left flat and clean and maybe a bit of topsoil removed also. Photos attached of the garage and also original council consent details. Plans for new garage going into council now, so would esitmate this to be happening in April some time. Thanks for your interest. UPDATE : sorry for the delays. Going into council this week, so hopefully the demo will be happening around mid-June
