Bathroom do up

I have a small bathroom that needs a bit of a spruce up. It has lino which I am wanting to get either replaced or tiles laid.One wall (behind the washing machine/vanity/toilet) has an old mirror, a built in cupboard, a splash back and wallpaper all that I want removed and painted. The other walls have wallpaper which I am thinking can be painted over or removed and painted.

Painting of exterior wall (Stucco and Joinery)

Want the exterior wall painted of a 3 bedroom stucco house. The wall has 4 sets of windows (timber joinery) and a double set of French doors. We would also like the eves and guttering painted as well. The joinery will need to be scrapped and sanded before painting. Please look at the photo's uploaded to give you an idea. Water Pressure

We are looking at options to increase our shower water pressure. We have a low pressure water cylinder and a low pressure shower head. Looking at costs for removing the pressure limiter in the shower head, replacing the shower head, replacing the water cyclinder, etc, or have noticed a water pressure pump that is meant to help with? Any suggestions / estimates?

Tiling entrance-way and splash-back in kitchen

Hot Water Cylinder

No pressure in the hot water system. The cylinder seems to be OK, power is on and water is heating up, but there is very little pressure. Possibly air in the system as the mains supply pipe needed to be joined where our pipe meets the street.. Cheers, Jim

##### Profesional Block Layer required ##### I have removed a sliding door and its wooden frame from an internal basement block wall. The gape that has been left is 2 mtr wide by 2.4 mtr high. I require this gape to be blocked up. Pinned to the concrete floor in 2 maybe 3 places and to the walls at each end in 2 maybe 3 places with say 12mm rebar. Earthquake damage to Welsh slate roof

Earthquake damage. Chimney has been taken down to a safe level, but there are now holes in the roof. We have spare slate tiles - we just need someone who can come and repair it so that the rain and snow will not get into the roof cavity.

Repair an internal leak off a decking

We have a house that was built in 1957. Currently there is an internal leak into the downstairs part of the house. The source of the leak is where the deck on the top story mets the house. Water is running off a shingle roof and pooling where the deck joins the house. Unsure if it just a matter of patching/sealing or whether the deck will need to be detached and re-attached at the point where it is currently creating the leak.

Earthquake damage to roof beams

We have broken, damaged and buckled supporting beams in the roof cavity. Very worried that the roof would fall down the next big aftershock hits. The chimney has been taken care of for now. What we need is a builder who can tell us how serious the damage is and to give a quote to repair the beams.

I would like a quote on the building of the sunroom extension. We have resource consent and approved plans by the Wellington City Council.
