Re-Roof House

Address: Hector St Seatoun. Old Villa. 140 m2 Corrigated Steel Pitched Roof. Badly corroded. And is leaking. I think it is now passed its useful life. I do have plans for some development of the property. But that will not affect the roof other than the Flat Kitchen area. Urgent plumbing work - possible busted pipe

Hi We think we may have a busted underground pipe. We smelt sewerage a few days ago, and then today, while looking under our deck we saw a pool of water around one of the deck foundations. We need someone to come and diagnose the issue - this may mean shoving a camera down the pipe? Please note the deck will have to be partially removed, to allow access - we will do this. Drainage problem

My house is on a sloping section with two houses, mine is the bottom house. The house above me has been doing excavations and it seems a lot of run off from the clay they have dug up has created a pool of mud around one side of the exterior of my house. I need some advice on if this has been caused by the neighbours excavations and if there is a way to install decent drainage so the water can run away effectively.
