urgent plumbing work - possible busted pipe

Hi We think we may have a busted underground pipe. We smelt sewerage a few days ago, and then today, while looking under our deck we saw a pool of water around one of the deck foundations. We need someone to come and diagnose the issue - this may mean shoving a camera down the pipe? Please note the deck will have to be partially removed, to allow access - we will do this.
