Fence / Shade Sail

Looking to have approx 17m of fencing - possibly a mix of a picket fence and a concrete block with a glass wind break on about 4m of the fence. Looking for experienced fence tradesmen who have done this work before is important. The fence is and L shape - see the attached drawing - the fence run on the purple line approx 14m and then 3.5 m. I need advice on the types of material so hence experience required.
