Gate

We need a small gate / fence. This will be attached to our garage / side fence and the entrance to our house. Main purpose is to prevent our toddler from escaping. Interested in options for PVC. Area is roughly 2.5m Image attached is the area.

Shower drain repair

I have an upstairs shower, I think it is acrylic, made up of a base and walls (glass and acrylic). The particle board on the floor underneath and around the drain is damp and occasionally there is a small amount of water under the open manhole. I need someone to tell me what the issue is and provide a quote for repair.

Walls already have white paint on them and in good condition (apartment is only 1 year old) apart from some scratches and small dents. One wall is 2.6m x 6m using Resene Rakaia (sheen) the other is 2.6m x 3m using Resene Rockspray (sheen). Approx 22 square metres in total. Pls quote for everything inc paint. Lock replacement ranch sliders

We require some sliding door and lock maintenance which likely involve replacement locks being fitted to two ranch slider doors and one single external dooreview to be rekeyed to match. As we have a mismatch of keys it would make sense for these to be replaced. The ranch slider doors are out of alignment with the locks and should be replaced. In addition one dead bolt requires repair and require a new deadbolt on other door.

Kitchen ceiling leak from garage above it

We appear to have a very small leak in our kitchen ceiling which sits just below our garage. I suspect it is more an issue with the garage floor (as it seems to be only dripping water when we park a wet car) more than anything so I would like to have it checked and repaired (I think it is made of fibre glass).
