Need plans and BC application for 2 bathroom renovations. Consent only needed due to adding 1 new toilet and 1 new shower so presume plans can be limited to plumbing and drainage aspects? Showers will be acrylic so no waterproofing issues to deal with. Existing fixtures to be replaced and some relocated within existing space. New sewer waste pipe to go under house (good access) to replace existing which runs under 20m of concrete driveway. Must have experience in preparing plans for residential bathroom renovations.
